We do not compromise

Consistent Quality

Our Quality Assurance Function validates customer requirements and their translation into product requirements. This is achieved by the design of tests using equipment that is periodically calibrated and maintained. Optical imagery techniques coupled with  Statistical Process Control (SPC) are used to ensure that the manufacturing process achieve results within the pre-defined acceptable tolerance limits.

Each step in our production process is fully traceable, to be able to trace any issues or deviations. This means that we can trace each component to the precise date and time produced, the raw material used, the machine that it was manufacture with and the personnel responsible at that particular instance.

The Quality Control Function rigorously carries out a number of in-process and end-of-line checks to ensure consistent results. In the event that a deviation is detected, corrective actions are immediately taken to achieve process continuous improvement and avoid reoccurrence.
