Machinery
Uniplast injection moulding department has 30 injection moulding machines, which range in capability to meet the needs of our customer base. The machinery ranges between 25 Ton to 300 Ton which comprises single and multi-color capabilities.
Raw Materials
Our long-lasting relationships with the most reputable plastic polymers manufacturer put us in a position to be able to advantageously offer the best selection and sourcing of engineering polymers for our customers. On understanding the different exigencies of our customers, Uniplast Ltd. also manufactures plastic components from customer-supplied raw materials.
Mould Design
Uniplast Ltd. also offers mould design and tool making services to customers to provide a complete solution to your injection moulding project. Customers who would like to transfer their existing moulds to our company are provided with technical and logistical assistance throughout the entire process to ensure a seamless transition.
Our quality-oriented ethos ensures that all plastic injected components produced are following the quality requirements of our customers with a philosophy of do-it-right the first time. This is achieved by having a robust quality assurance and quality control functions that monitor and ensure that all customer expectations are constantly met.
To complement the pad printing process, Uniplast has other dedicated departments offering services which include PAD Printing, Assembly, Sorting, Packaging and Design & Engineering
